Think what was improved on since the last time you close your eyes, and say, thank you. Think of the simplicity of breathing as your eyes are closed, and say thank you. Think of what goes well in your life, and say thank you. Breath, and say thank you. Now open your eyes. Open it to the endless opportunities ahead. today, tomorrow, in an hour from now, and say thank you.
Thank I you, oh lord who has given me the breath to realize and capture this moment. How abundant is your faithfulness.
